Royal Mail delivery
- First Class: £3 on orders under £15, free on orders of £15 or more
- Tracked 24 upgrade: +£2
- Order before 2pm Mon–Fri — once your documents and order are checked, we aim to dispatch the same day
Royal Mail delivery times are aims, not guarantees. A Friday order may not arrive until the following week; we don't promise Saturday or Monday arrival, because these are Royal Mail's delivery aims, not guarantees.
Collect from Ilford
Collection point: Castleview Gardens, Ilford, IG1 3QF. Ready within 3 hours — contact us via WhatsApp to confirm same-day collection, and please confirm before travelling.
We don't have shops or branches elsewhere — this is our one collection point, and elsewhere we deliver by Royal Mail.

When we dispatch
If your order and document checks are complete before 2pm on a working weekday, we aim to dispatch it that day. Delivery times are Royal Mail's aims, not guarantees.
Where we deliver
We deliver by Royal Mail to addresses in Great Britain. If your address is in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please contact us before ordering so we can tell you whether we can deliver there.
Example totals
One £12.45 Standard plate with First Class comes to £15.45 in total. A £24.95 Standard pair qualifies for free First Class, so it stays £24.95; with Tracked 24 it comes to £26.95.
